APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS 30 Albemarle Avenue, Mary Brennan: Variance, Dwelling: Mr. Bowyer reported that a review of the deeds showed that the two "lots", for which the variance was requested to construct a new dwelling, had been conveyed as part of a larger parcel with its frontage on Cliff Avenue. Mr. Sorensen reported that he had viewed the site and there was a garage on this "lot" which served the house on Cliffe Avenue. Building Commissioner DiMatteo has commented to the Board of Appeals that the two lots have been combined by use. On the motion of Mr. Soren- sen seconded by Mr. Cripps, it was voted unanimously to recommend that the peti- tion for the variance be denied because this appears to be one lot which has been combined by use and deed.
