MEETING OF FEBRUARY 13, 1985
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the auditorium of the
Harrington School, was called to order at 7:42 p.m., by the Chairman Mrs. Smith,
with members Cripps, Flemings, Sorensen, Uhrig, Planning Director Bowyer and
Assistant Planner Davidson present.
PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENTS
The Board conducted a public hearing, as required by Chapter 40A, on the follow-
ing proposed amendments to the Zoning By -Law:
Article 20, RD, 188 Lowell Street, McNeill Associates
Article 22, RM, Lowell Street, Butterfield Associates
Article 21, Woburn Street, Kelley -Perry
The hearings were concluded at 10:35 p.m. The Board recessed.
At 10:50 p.m., the meeting was reconvened.
' SUBDIVISION OF LAND
45. The Hamptons, off Concord Avenue, Boyd -Smith;_ Special Permit: The Board
reviewed the draft of the decision on the special permit which was distributed on
February 11. On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mr. Cripps, it was voted
unanimously to grant the special permit for the conventional subdivision develop-
ment known as "The Hamptons" in accordance with the definitive subdivision plan
approved by the Planning Board on February 11.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:57 p.m.
