MEETING OF MAY 2, 1984
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-1, Town Offices, was
called to order at 7:37 p.m., by the Chairman, Mrs. Smith, with members Cripps,
Flemings, Sorensen, Uhrig and Planning Director Bowyer present.
SUBDIVISION OF LAND
115 Maple Tree Village, off Maple Street, Landmark Associates; Approval of
Definitive Plan: On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Flemings, it was
voted unanimously to approve the definitive subdivision plan entitled "Maple Tree
Village" and to approve the Certificate of Action as drafted.
On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mr. Cripps, it was voted unanimously to
grant a Special Permit for a conventional subdivision for "Maple Tree Village" and
to approve the decision on the Special Permit, as drafted.
ARTICLES FOR 1984 TOWN MEETING
116. Article 23, RO-RS, Wellington Lane Avenue: The Board signed the report
making a favorable recommendation on this rezoning petition.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
