MEETING OF APRIL 2, 1984
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-15, Town Offices, was
called to order at 7:10 p.m., by the Chairman, Mrs. Smith, with members Flemings,
Sorensen, Uhrig and Planning Director Bowyer present. Mr. Cripps joined the meet-
ing in progress.
PLANS NOT REQUIRING SUBDIVISION APPROVAL
82. 84 Maple Street, Allen Thenen, Form A-84/8: The Board reviewed a plan showing
the division of a parcel into two lots, one with 150 feet frontage and 41,848
square feet of area, and the other of 214.16 feet frontage and 30,151 square feet
of area. On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Flemings, it was voted
4-0:
To endorse the plan entitled "Subdivision Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.,"
dated February 30, 1984, by Miller and Nylander, certified by Donald J.
Forand, Registered Land Surveyor, with application Form A-84/8, by Allen and
Shirley Thenen, which does not require approval under the Subdivision Control
Law.
SUBDIVISION OF LAND
83. Maple Tree Village, Extension of Time: On the motion of Mr. Sorensen,
seconded by Mrs. Flemings, it was voted 4-0 to approve the request of Landmark
Associates, in a letter dated March 27, 1984, that the time for action on the
definitive subdivision plan and the special permit for a conventional subdivision
be extended until May 4, 1984.
