PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 7, 1982
The meeting the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-15, Town Offices, was called
to order at 7:40 p.m, by the Chairman, Mrs. Smith, with members Nichols, Sorensen,
and Uhrig, and Planning Director Bowyer present. Mr. Sandy was absent.
133. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of August 30, 1982, were corrected and on a motion by Mr.
LO Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Nichols, were approved unanimously as corrected.
N SUBDIVISION OF LAND
Q 134. Simonds Estates, off Grove Street: Definitive Subdivision Plan, Public Hearing:
M At 7:48 p.m., Chairman Smith reopened the hearing on the definitive subdivision plan
Q which had been adjourned from the meeting of August 30, 1982. Mr. Bowyer explained
that the information which was not available at the August 30 hearing is still not
complete. After some delays, a meeting was arranged with Eric Neitzche, engineer for
the development, earlier that day. Mr. Neitzche was given a detailed list of changes
and corrections that needed to be made to the plans. Mr. Bowyer recommended that the
Board not take any action at this meeting because the revised plans had not been sub-
mitted.
' On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Nichols, it was voted unanimously to
adjourn the hearing to a time subject to the call of the Chairman.
The public hearing and the Planning Board meeting was adjourned at 8:03 p.m.
