PLANNING BOARD MEETING
April 9, 1980
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:05 p.m.
by the chairman Dr. Friedman with members Sandy, Sorensen, Wheaton, Nichols,
and administrative clerk Mrs. Snow present.
Board of Appeals notices of hearings on April 10 were reviewed. Mrs.Nichols
will attend the hearings and, based upon the proposed intensity of use in- B/A APRIL 10
volved in the Humanansky, Nickerson Road petition, which at this time is HEARINGS
unknown, will verbally comment on behalf of the Board on the need for off-
street parking. The Board will not oppose the Freeman/Scott Road petitions
for variances, and no comments will be made on the Olson/Circle Road and
the Brenton/Parker Street petitions.

The hearing was closed at 7:58 p.m.
Mr. Saulich's attorney, Dennis Lowe, was advised that to allow time for
review of certain required changes to be made in the Lincoln Hill plans,
a request for extension of time for Planning Board action should be made.
The meeting adjourned at 7:59 p.m.
