March 26, 1980
' The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
by the chairman Dr. Friedman with members Sandy, Nichols, Sorensen and
administrative clerk Mrs. Snow present.
The minutes of February 25, 1980, were approved as amended. The minutes of MINUTES
March 3, 1980, were approved as written. 2.25 & 3.3
A letter from Town Manager Robert M. Hutchinson regarding his appointment
of Robert Bowyer as Planning Director, and requesting action of the Plan- R. BOWYER
ning Board to approve this appointment, was noted. Upon a motion duly made PL.DIRECTOR
and seconded, it was unanimously votedto approve the appointment of Mr.Bowyer
as Planning Director.
It was reported that prior to his employment by the Town, Mr. Bowyer will
be asked by the Town Manager to resign as member of the Board of Appeals
and as Town Meeting member.
The definitive plan for Lincoln Hill (Saulich Subdivision) which will be LINCOLN HILL
discussed in depth upon completion of Charles Downe's review and report,
was discussed briefly.
Report to the Town Meeting on Article 70 (Shaker Glen to RH) was unanimous-
ly approved and signed by those members present. SHAKER GLEN/RH
Report on the Prescott Village proposal, Article 72, was signed.
The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
