March 17, 1980
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:02 p.m.
by the chairman Dr. Friedman with members Sorensen, Nichols, Wheaton, Sandy,
administrative clerk Mrs. Snow and planning intern Steven Asen present.
Dr. Friedman read a draft letter to the Board of Selectmen outlining the ART. 4,1090
Planning Board's intention to propose amendment to Article 4, line 1090, SPRING ST.
by adding $5,000 for professional services for a traffic study of the TRAFFIC STUDY
Rte. 2/Spring Street area.
It was suggested that a Town -wide study, to include sites of future commer-
cial and multi -family developments, should be attempted, but it was
agreed that at this time only the $5,000 item will be requested.
Mrs. Nichols' draft substitute motion under Article 62 (Accessory Apartments)
was reviewed, revised and unanimously approved as amended. ART.62 MOTION
& REPORT
Mr. Downe's draft report on Article 62 was reviewed, revised and unani- APPROVED
mously approved as amended.
Motion under Article 62 (CB Parking) was reviewed, amended and unanimously
approved as amended. ART.62 MOTION
APPROVED
The meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
