PLANNING BOARD MEETING
April 4, 1979
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at
7:04 p.m. by the chairman Mr. Zabin with members Wheaton, Friedman,
Sandy, Planning Director Briggs, and secretary Mrs. Snow present.
At 7:05 p.m., the public hearing on the application for special permit
for Willow Ridge subdivision was opened.
The hearing was closed at 7:40 p.m.
Discussion of provisions by William Smith (proponent' -.of Article 78)
for low/moderate income housing in the Potter Pond rezoning proposal
followed.
The meeting adjourned at 7:52 p.m.
