March 22, 1979
' The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
by the chairman Mr. Zabin with members Wheaton, Sandy, Friedman, Nichols
and planning director Briggs present. Mr. Briggs took notes of the meeting.
The draft report by Mr. Briggs on Trinity Hills rezoning proposal (Art.76)
was reviewed and the position of.the Board considered. Upon a motion TRINITY HILLS
duly made and seconded, it was unanimously voted to recommend against ARTICLE 76
passage of Article 76. The body of the report will be subject to further
review at a subsequent meeting.
The draft report on Article 79, Highland Village rezoning proposal, was HIGHLAND VILL,
reviewed,, revised and upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was ARTICLE 79
unanimously voted to approve the report with recommendation against
passage of Article 79.
Report and motion on Article 71, Day Care Center, and the report on
Potters Pond rezoning proposal, Article 78, were discussed but not acted
upon in final form.
The meeting adjourned at 11:10 p.m.
