March 28, 1979
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:02 p.m.
by the chairman Mr. Zabin with members Friedman, Nichols, Sandy, Wheaton,
planning director Briggs, and secretary Mrs. Snow present.
Mr. Zabin reported on his conference with Board of Selectmen Clerk TAX TITLE
Mrs. McCurdy, through whom he recommended to the Selectmen on behalf MORATORIUM
of the Planning Board to extend the moratorium on sale of tax title
lots for one year. The members concurred and a confirming letter to
that effect will be sent to the Selectmen.
Motion on Article 74, Housing Policy Resolution, as printed in the HOUSING POLI -
Planning Board's reports and distributed to Town Meeting, was unanimous- CY ART. 74
ly approved as written.
Minority report on the RD rezoning Articles 76, 77, 78 and 79, as pre-
pared by Dr. Sandy, was discussed, and Mr. Zabin's draft rebuttal was
distributed and read by the members.
Dr. Friedman's report on Article 71, Day Care Center, was reviewed and DAY CARE
unanimously approved as presented. The motion on Article 71 will be CENTER ART.71
considered following revision to be made by Dr. Friedman.
The meeting adjourned at 8:03 p.m.
