HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-12-071 1 PLANNING BOARD MEETING December 7, 1977 The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by the chairman Mr. Zabin with members Clarke, Friedman, Sandy, Wheaton, and planning director Briggs present. The meeting opened with consideration and discussion of an amendment to ART.8 USE Article 8 to be made by Mr. Zabin which would in essence provide grand- VARIANCES' father clause provision, i.e. existing use variances could be renewed. There were reports of possible amendments to be made from the floor on Article 15 (re -use of municipal buildings). Mr. Zabin will respond if motions are made. Ruth Morey, B/A, who was in attendance, questioned the order of taking up of Planning Board Articles. ART.15 RE USE MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS Plan for Willow Ridge subdivision was reviewed and it was noted that no WILLOW RIDGE sewer easement to connect to Meadowbrook Lane is shown on the plan at this time, and that no evidence of such has been provided by Mr. Tuttle, developer. It was suggested that the plans be withdrawn and resubmitted showing the necessary easements. Board of Appeals Notices of hearings to be held on December 13th were B/A 12/13 noted. No comment will be made on the petitions. The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m. Iris G. Wheaton, Clerk
