HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-04-111 C PLANNING BOARD MEETING April 11, 1977 The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:32 p.m. by the chairman Mr. MacKenzie with members Friedman, Clarke, Zabin, Wheaton, planning director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow present. Also in atten- dance was Ted Osborn, D.A.C., and Laura Nichols, Lexington Minute -Man. Mr. Briggs' draft letter to the Board of Appeals on the Colangelo petition COLANGELO was reviewed and approved as amended. It was noted that landscape plan 4/21 B/A and plan showing capability for additional parking spaces were supplied F & D as requested by the Planning Board. Mr. MacKenzie's draft on the Boston Urban Assoc. petition for Finding and Determination of the B/A and revised plan showing capability for increased parking area were reviewed. The letter was approved as revised. Plan submitted with Application Form A77-9, showing Lots A & B at Minola FORM A77-9 Rd. was reviewed. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: MINOLA RD. H. SWARTZ The plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated May 28, 1977, by Miller & Nylander, showing Lots A & B on Minola Rd., submitted on April 8, 1977, by Construction Publishing Co., Inc., Herman S. Swartz, Treasurer, requires no approval under the Subdivision Control Law. Word from Town Counsel that proposed change in dimensions of the Country- ART. 73 LHA side parcel proposed by L.H.A. for rezoning (Art.73) is acceptable, was REZONING noted. Planning Board expressed no objection to the change. The meeting adjourned at 7:59 p.m. Manfred P. Friedman, Clerk
