HomeMy WebLinkAbout1976-03-291 U PLANNING BOARD MEETING March 29, 1976 The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members Zabin, MacKenzie, Brown, Friedman, planning director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow present. Plan submitted with Application Form A76-1-, showing hammerhead, rather FORM A76-10 than original conventional turnaround at the end of Idylwilde Rd. was IDYLWILDE reviewed and Mr. Briggs explained need for revision to the approved subdivision plan. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: The plan entitled "Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated February 2, 1976, by Joseph W. Moore Co., submitted by Roger Corbin on March 17, 1976, with Application Form A76-10, requires no approval under the Subdivision Control Law. Plan submitted with Application Form A76-11 by Harmon S. B. White, for the Whiter and Greener Trust was reviewed and it was noted that the plan lacked notation designating that Lot 27 is not a buildable lot. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: The plan entitled "Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated March 8, 1976, by John J. Regan, submitted on March 19, 1976, by The Whiter Trust and The Greener Trust with Application Form A76-11, requires no approval under the Subdivision Control Law. The planning director was empowered to sign the plan on behalf of the Board following addition of the notation: "Lot 27 is not a buildable lot."
