March 8, 1976
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at
7:35 p.m. by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members MacKenzie, Friedman,
Zabin, planning director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow present. Also
in attendance were Robert Bradley, D.A.C., and David Williams, Conser-
vation Commission.
Minutes of Planning Board meeting of February 23, 1976, were approved MINUTES 2/23
as written.

Mr. Briggs was authorized to sign the plan on behalf of the Board.

Mr. Briggs reported on request of A. J. Lane for release from Covenant on
Woodpark Estates subdivision. Procedures for posting of surety are now WOODPARK EST.

Covenant. Town Counsel will be asked to prepare necessary instruments.
Public Hearing on the definitive plan for Minute Man Ridge II subdivision MINUTE MAN
was scheduled for Tuesday, March 22 at 8 p.m. in the Planning Board RIDGE II
office.
News release on progress with the Recreation Study will be prepared and,
prior to transmittal to the Lexington Minuteman, will be reviewed by
Dr. Clarke.
The meeting adjourned at 10:20 p.m.
