November 17, 1975
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:35 p.m.
by the vice chairman Mr. MacKenzie with members Zabin, Brown, planning
director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow present. Also in attendance were
Manfred Friedman, Conservation Commission, and John Frey, DAC.
The minutes of October 20, 1975, were approved as corrected. Minutes MINUTES 10/20
of October 27, 1975, were approved as presented. MINUTES 10/27
The Board reviewed a plan submitted with Application Form A75-28,and FORM A75-28

dated September 9, 1975, by John J. Sullivan, submitted on November 14,
1975, by W. Clifford Prentiss, Conservation Administrator, showing
Lots "A", "B", and "C" at Johnson Rd. requires no approval under the
Subdivision Control Law.
Recommendation to the Selectmen for Lexington representative to MAPC MAPC REP
was considered. It was voted that Mr. Zabin be recommended to fill this A. P. ZABIN
position left vacant by resignation of Lois Brown.
Request received from Campanelli Investment Properties for release of HARTWELL PK.
surety on Hartwell Park subdivision, and recommendation from James Chase,BOND RELEASE
Town Engineer, stating that all work has been satisfactorily completed,
were noted. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED:
That Hanover Insurance Bond #C379571 in the amount of $10,000 to
ensure completion of construction in Hartwell Park subdivision be
released, as recommended by James E. Chase, Town Engineer.
Request from Mr. Sateriale, developer of Oak Park II subdivision, for OAK PARK II
release of surety, and Engineering Dept. letter recommending this action,RELEASE OF

Commission. It was voted to empower Mr. Briggs to sign the linens on
behalf of the Board, after ascertaining that the easements, as shown,
will be deeded to the Town.
It was decided to scheduly Planning Board meetings for December 1, 8, DECEMBER MTG.
and 15, 1975. Additional meetings will be held if deemed necessary. SCHEDULE
Memo from the Town Engineer, dated 11.7.75, accompanying preliminary plans
for acceptance of several streets and reconstruction/improvement to
others, were reviewed and discussed. Mr. MacKenzie plans to attend a
public information meeting on November 20, and will present the views of
the Planning Board on several of the proposals.
The meeting adjourned at 8:44 p.m.
