HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-03-20PLANNING BOARD MEETING March 20, 1972 The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:05 p.m. ' by the chairman, Mrs Brown with members Costello, Graham, Brown and secretary Mrs. Snow present. The members reviewed a plan submitted by James Casella with application Form FORM A72-7 A72-7 on March 16, 1972, showing land on Concord Ave., lot 1-B to be added CONCORD AVE. and become part of lot 2. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: The plan submitted by James Casella on March 16, 1972, with application Form A72-7, entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated March 8, 1972, by Joseph W. Moore Co., Inc. requires no approval under the Subdivision Control Law. The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. Draft of a motion on Art. 82 (Site Investigation), amended and reworded to in- MOTION, clude reference to the Town Manager and description of specific area, was ART. 82 considered by the members. It was voted to approve the revised motion. APPROVED Motion on Art. 83 (Tax -title), with some modifications, was reviewed and MOTION, was approved as presented. ART. 83 APPROVED A draft by Mrs. Brown of the Planning Board report.on Art. 83, with suggested editorial clarification by Mr. Zaleski, was reviewed. After re- PL. BD. affirmation of the vote of the majority of the Board of March 6, 1972, re- REPORT, garding non -limitation of sponsorship to the Lexington Housing Authority, it ART.83 was voted to approve the draft as revised. The report will be signed on APPROVED ' March 22, 1972. Rep. Lincoln Cole, Town Meeting Moderator, joined the meeting to verbally PLANNING invite Mr. Zaleski to attend Town Meeting as his guest, as requested in the DIRECTOR Planning Board letter of March 20, 1972.
