PLANNING BOARD MEETING
June 10, 1971
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order by the
chairman, Mrs. Brown, at 7:30 p.m, with members Clarke, Graham, Lund and
planning director Zaleski present
The draft of the letter to Mr. Cataldo regarding the house at the junction "DEVER HOUSE"
of Fern and Pleasant streets was approved and signed.
The letter to Mr. Perkins, Minute Man Historical Park supervisor, was
reviewed and Mrs. Brown agreed to revise it in accordance with the
wishes expressed by the members.
The plan submitted with Form A application 71-10 was reviewed by members FORM 71-10
of the Board and, upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously LAND ON TUFTS
VOTED: ROAD
That the plan entitled "Subdivision of Land Court Case No.69620, dated May
24, 1971, by Miller and Nylander, submitted by Mrs. Norman Traverse,
showing lots on Tufts Rd. and Marrett Rd. does not require approval
under the Subdivision Control Law.
Next considered was a letter from the Building Inspector regarding the LOT 66
proposed building on lot 66 Valleyfield St. It was decided to table this VALLEYFIELD ST.
matter until Monday, June 14.
A copy of Building Inspector's letter to H S M Realty Trust (Star Market) STAR MARKET
regarding a zoning violation off Waltham St. at the Waltham line was read
and placed on file.
It was decided to inform the Burlington selectmen that Messrs. Clarke, BURLINGTON LINE
Graham and Lund would attend the meeting on June 17, 1971, as invited. STRIP
The minutes of the Selectmen's meetings of April 14, through May 24 and of MINUTES, C.C.
the Conservation Commission of May 10, 1971 were noted. SELECTMEN'S
MEETINGS
Next discussed was the draft of the Planning Board report on Art. 13 of
the June 14 Special Town Meeting. Several amendments were made. ART. 13
Mrs. Brown reported on the discussion of the Burlington line, Harrington
House and Central Block articles in the June 9, 19710 TMMA meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
