PLANNING BOARD MEETING
of Appeals concerning

The regular meeting of the Planning Board was held in its office on

dated March 18, 1968, No. 939616, the penal sum of said bond
and the obligations of the developer and the surety thereunder
are hereby reduced from $42,000 to $10,000.
The minutes of the March 9, 1970 meeting were approved as amended.
