Mr. William Kennedy met with the Board and presented a sketch for the subdivision of land at 139 Wood St. into 3 lots of more than 30,000 sq, ft. area and 100 ft. frontage each in order to ask for a favorable position of the Planning Board before petitioning the Board of Appeals for a variance. The sketch plan was reviewed by members of the Board and it was agreed that the Board will not oppose a variance for this plan. The letter to Mr. Stoico permitting a relocation of sidewalk onto Dr. Benson's lot to save a tree was reviewed and approved. WILLIAM KENNEDY (SACCO) SUBDIVISION OF LOTS - WOOD ST. PADDOCK LA. SIDEWALK TO SAVE TREE The letter to the Board of Appeals recommending a favorable finding and determination, subject to certain conditions, for the Sparton B/A PETITION Building on Militia Drive was approved. SPARTON BLDG. The plan submitted with Form A application ,#69-20 showing land on Reed St. was reviewed by the Planning Board and upon a motion duly FORM A #69-20 made and seconded, it was unanimously VOTED: REED ST. That the plan entitled: "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.," dated May 28, 1969 by Wilbur C. Nylander, showing lot B-1 Reed St. con- taining 59,700+ sq. ft. does not require approval under the Sub- division Control Law. The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. The presentation of Article 7, requesting funds for a traffic study, ARTICLE 7 was discussed next and the amended report prepared by Mr. Graham reviewed. The notices of decisions of the Board of Appeals, relative to the B/A DECISIONS petitions listed, were noted and placed on file: MAY 20, 1969 Hartwell Trust - granted. Charles H. Cole II - withdrawn May 19, 1969 Robert Leslie - granted. Busa Realty Trust - 12 Circle Rd. - denied Busa Realty Trust - 35 Circle Rd. - granted. The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m. Francis T.
