April 3, 1967
A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board
was held on Monday, April 3, 1967 in its office, Town
Office Building. The meeting was called to order by Chair-
man Greeley at 7:00 p.m. with members Fowle, Lund, Riffin
and Worrell, and Planning Director Zaleski present.
Letters to Selectmen re: appraisal money and to
Lidberg re: land at Adams St. were approved, as was the
letter relative to the sale of Lot 7-B at Bow St.
Plan submitted with Form A application #67-7, sub-
mitted March 24, 1967 by Ernest E. Outhet, by FORM A
Stephen T. Russian, Atty.; plan entitled "Plan Show-
ing Slope Easement in Lexington, Mass.", dated Mar. Outhet
24, 1967, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors
was reviewed by members of the Board and endorsed as not
requiring approval under the Subdivision Control Law.
It was decided to recommend that the Board of
Appeals withhold decision on the application under Section BOARD OF APPEALS
8(a)2.f. at East St. (Todd Realty) since the Planning
' Board didn't have the opportunity to study it, but sees Todd Realty, Inc.
possible serious objections. It was also decided to point
out the connection between the proposed subdivision and the Vinebrook Swim Corp.
swimming pool petitioned for by Vinebrook Swim Corp. and
recommend consideration in that light.
Board of Appeals petitions for hearings scheduled
for April 18, 1967 were read and noted:
Alfred Buss. Charles Devoe Petitions
Janet Legere S&A Realty (R. Hall)
Mark Moore, Jr.
Historic Districts Commission notices for hearings H.D.C.
scheduled for April 4, 1967 were read and noted.'
Notices of Community Development Symposium on Apr.
12, dinner for Ex -Selectman Sheldon on April 25 and State CORRESPONDENCE
Assn. of Conservation Commission meeting on April 8 were
noted. It was decided to have the Planning Director attend
the Community Development Symposium.
It was decided to hold a special meeting on April 6, SPECIAL MEETING
1967 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss items for the June 5, 1967
special town meeting.
Meeting was adjourned at Z7:5 p.m.
