PLANNING BOARD MEETING
January 2, 1967
The Lexington Planning Board held a regular meeting
in its office, Town Office Building, on Monday, January 2,
1967. The meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m. by vice-
chairman Greeley with members Fowle, Riffin and Worrell, and
Planning Director Zaleski present.
Upon a motion duly made and seconded the Board unani-
mously
VOTED: to extend to January 17, 1967 inclusive, the time
within which it must act on the approval of the defini-
tive subdivision plan entitled "Heritage Acres," as
requested in writing by G. Nicolai, Jr., applicant.

The Board decided to schedule the hearing on Subdivi-
sion Regulations amendment for January 23, 1967 since the SUBDIVISION
Selectmen had been notified of the proposed amendment by REGULATIONS
December 27, 1966.
Minutes of the meeting of December 19, 1966, were
read and approved as corrected.
1967 Annual Town Meeting articles were discussed
next, approved and signed.
The decision of the Board of Appeals on the petition
to divide a lot between Mass. Ave. and Tavern Lane was dis-
cussed briefly.
The draft of the codified Zoning By -Law was reviewed
and several corrections and changes made.
The meeting adjourned at 11:20 p.m.
