HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-11-15PLANNING BOARD MEETING ' November 15, 1966 The Lexington Planning Board held a special meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 1966 in its office, Town Office Building. The meeting was called to order by acting chair- man Riffin at 8:15 p.m. with members Fowle and Worrell present. The Board unanimously VOTED: to approve the definitive plan for Bridle Path Estates, BRIDLE PATH dated August 5, 1966, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s & ESTATES Surveyors, Louis and Catherine F. Stoico, owners and - developers, with the following conditions: STOICO 1. All lots in the subdivision are subject to the covenants contained in the instrument dated November 15, 1966 entitled "Covenant" executed by Louis Stoico and Catherine F. Stoico. 2. Prior to the endorsement of the aforesaid plans, said Louis Stoico and Catherine F. Stoico shall acquire title in fee simple to the portion of Parcel B1 on ' Land Court plan 16684A that is within the aforesaid subdivision and shall convey to the Town of Lexington, free of all encumbrances, the land shown as Parcel A and Parcel Al on the aforesaid subdivision plan. 3. The registered land shown on the subdivision plan as a portion of Lot 1 shall be conveyed only in con- junction with the unregistered land portion of said Lot 1, and the registered land shown on the subdivision plan as a portion of Lot 12 shall be conveyed only in conjunction with the unregistered land portion of said Lot 12. The developers shall also grant or obtain the neces- sary easements in streets and as otherwise shown on the sub- divion plan to permit the installation of muncipal services, their connection to town system where required, and their sub- sequent maintenance. The members of the Board unanimously VOTED: to extend for two weeks to November 30, 1966 the time NICKERSON RD. within which the Board must take action on Nickerson Rd. (Woodbridge Estates) subdivision as requested in OUT'HET writing by the developer, Ernest E. Outhet. Plan submitted with the `following Form A was reviewed by the Board and was endorsed as not requiring approval under FORM A the Subdivision Control Law: #66-41, submitted November 14, 1966 by Richard J. ' Foley, plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington., Mass.", dated Nov. 10, 1966, Miller & Nyiander, C.E.'s & Surveyors. The remaining matters before the Board were dis- cussed and it was decided to postpone action until the next regular Board meeting, at which time a full Board would be present.
