Mr. Roger Kaufman of 14 Larchmont Lane met with the LARCHMONT LANE

Mr. William Frith of 141 Lowell St. met with the
Board relative to the endorsement as not requiring approval

FRITH
Wilbur C. Nylander. The plan was submitted on October 18,
1965, with the application Form A #65-46 but not endorsed by
the Board because the street frontage was not in front of the

the plan was legally correct and that it was the advice of his
engineer that the plan was in fact qualified for the endorsement.
' The Chairman outlined to Mr. Frith the reasons why the Board
took the position it did and again recommended that Mr. Frith
go to the Board of Appeals. Mr. Frith then withdrew the origi-
nal tracing of his plan for modification and submission to the
Board of Appeals.

and restrictions change for some neighborhood shopping
districts. A discussion of the substance of proposals and
of the reasons for them, as well as of the manner of pre-
sentation followed.
On Mr. Wilson's petition to the Board of Appeals for BOARD OF APPEALS
