HALL VINE BROOK RD. BUSA FOLLEN AND MARRETT RDS RASOR 7-27-64 -4- 2) Note #4 on the present plan should be changed to say , "Existing" pavement. 3) A note should be added to say that all presently paved areas that are going to be removed which will not be resurfaced will be loamed and seed*d to blend into abutting properties to the satisfaction of the Superin- tendent of Public Works. 4) IMPORTANT - The Town must retain sewer and drain ease- ments in Lot B and a sewer easement in Lot A. The lotting plan should designate these parcels as ease- ments. 5) The cost of the work is estimated to be $9,000. Very truly yours, /s/ John J.
