Macomber, secretarial service Monday, Feb. BILLS 10, 1964--$5.00; Minute -man Publications, advertising hearings -- $31.25; Lexington Press, Inc., 1 M envelopes --$,25.90. 1 Considered next was the following Form A application for a determination of Planning Board jurisdiction: FORM A #64-6, submitted February 17, 1964 by Myles D. Denno for Minute -man National Historical Park; plan entitled ?Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", Scale: IN = 401, dated Feb. 51 1964, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s & Sur- veyors. 1 After study, it was decided to return the plan to Mr. Denno with the request that a suitable statement be placed upon it showing that the resulting lots were to be used for National Park purposes only. Read to the Board were the notices of hearings to be BOARD OF heard by the Board of Appeals on February 25, 1964. It was de- APPEALS cided to take no action on these petitions. There being no further business at this time, the meet- ing was adjourned at 10:10 p.m. aQ 16. " Roland B. Greeley, Clerk PLANNING BOARD MEETING ' February 17, 1964 A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was held in its office, Town Office Building, on Monday, February 17, 1964. Present were Uhairman Meyer, members Bryson, Campbell, Greeley, and Mabee, and the secretary, Mrs. Macomber. It being STUDENT Student Government Day, the Board had present as its guests five G09EWUMT members of the Junior Chamber of Commerce and five Lexington LAY High School students who were participating in the program spon- sored by the Lexington Junior Chamber of Commerce and organized by Mr. Frank P. DiGiammarino, teacher of social studies at the High School. As part of the program the students had been elected as members of the Planning Board. The students studied the Board's agenda, asking many questions and entering into lively dis- cussion with regard to the same.
