Your letter of November 21, 1963 to Mr. Mabee was read to the Board at
its meeting on December 2, 1963.
The Planning Board records show that on March 26, 1962 you submitted
an application for a determination of planning board jurisdiction accom-
panied by a plan entitled TMA Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass-",
dated March 21, 1962 and prepared by Albert A. Miller and Wilbur C.

ago, and it

The Planning Board records further show that a copy of this decision
was filed with the Town Clerk the next day and that you also came to
the Planning Board office on that day, April 3, and obtained the plan.
The Planning Board does not have any reoord of your filing an applica-

Mr. Francis T. Worrell
183 Cedar Street
Lexington, Mass.
Dear Mr. Worrell:
The Planning Board appreciates your interest in parking problems at
shopping centers as expressed in your letter of October 31 even though, ,
because of preoccupation with other matters, the Boadd has not acknowl-
edged receipt of your letter before this.
The Board will study your suggestion. At present, however, it knows
of no way under this state's zoning enabling legislation wherein the
location of buildings or parking areas on a lot may be controlled other
than by prohibiting such location within certain distances from
property lines.
Sincerely,
LEXINGTON PLANNING BOARD
