with reference to the Waltham Street garden apart-

1962, in which it was indicated that a bond in the
amount of 12,000 should be satisfactory to cover the
remaining work to be comT)leted in this subdivision.
Mr. Snow reported that should this be satis-
factory with the Board, Mr. E. E. Stevens had made
arrangements with the Middlesex Institution for
Savings for the withdrawal from Mr. Grigor's account
for such funds as the latter desired in excess of
$2,000. The Board agreed to such arrangements.
Thereupon Mr. Snow said he would obtain from the
Town Clerk the bank book representing this account,
giving the book to Mr. Stevens, and returning the
bank book to the Town Clerk after the withdrawal of
monies had been made.
