The Lexington Planning Board held a
special meeting at 5:30 n.m, on Thursday, May
10, 19622 in its office, in the Town Office
Buildin7. Present were Chairman Grindle and
members Campbell and Mabee.
Mr. Grindle exhibited a letter, dated May
8, 1962, from the Girrac Realty Trust, Robert W. MINT]TE MAN
Carrig, Trustee, requesting that the Planning HIGH -LANDS
Board extend through Thursday, May 172 1062 the SECTION 4
time for formal action by the Board on said
Trustts application for approval of the Minute Man GIRRAC REALTY
High -Lands, Section 4 definitive subdivision plan. TRUST
(See addendum.) _
CARRIG
After due consideration, upon motion duly
made and seconded, it was unanimously
VOTED: that pursuant to the smitten request from
the applicant the time of an_ proval of the
definitive subdivision nlan entitled "Min-
ute Man High -Lands Section Four Lexington,
Mass.", dated Aug. 21, 1061, be and here-
by is extended to and including Thursday,
May 17, 1062.
Other matters relating to the above-named
subdivision were informally di scussed. Mr. John
J. Carroll, Sunt, of Public Works, met briefly
with the Board concerninr- pronosed modifications
of the Minute ':•Tan Higb-Lands subdivision.
The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
