' December 19, 1960
The Lexington Plannin Boar held a regular
meeting on Monday, December9, 190 at 8:45 p.m.
in the Planning Board office, Town Office Building.
Present were Chairman Burnell, Members Grindle,
Mabee, Meyer and Soule, and Planning Director Snow.
Upon returning to its own office the Planning
Board took under consideration the letter of GREEN
Antonio Busa, dated December 19, 1960, requesting an VALLEY
extension of the time within which the Board must SEC. 6
take final action regarding his application for -

vision elan. Un_on motion duly made and seconded, it
was unanimously
VOTED: that rursuant to the written request from the
applicant the time of approval of the defini-
tive subdivision plan entitled "Green Valley
Section Six Lexington, Mass.", and dated Sep-
tember 29, 1960, be and hereby is extended to
and including January 10, 1961.
The attention of the Board was called to the

Town Counsel's letter of December 1�Lj 1960 to the '
WORTHEN Planning Director in regard to the layout of Worthen
ROAD Road and the taking of the Hagerty property numbered
6 Lincoln Street. Enclosed with the letter wer@
HAGERTYnotices of takings that Miss Murray had signed on
behalf of the Board of Selectmen and sent to Mrs.
Hagert7r, copv of the taking order, and a copy of the
plan accompanying said order.
The meeting adjourned at 10:25 p.m.
