PLANYTNG BOARD HEFTING
February 2, 1959
A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning
Board was held in the Planning Board office, Town
Office Building, on Monday, February 2, 1959 at
7:45 p.m. Present were Chairman Grindle, Members
Abbott, Burnell, Jaquith and Soule, and Planning
Director Snow. Town Counsel Stevens was present
from 9:00 p.m. to the end of the meeting.
Approved by the Board were the following
bills which had been presented for pameat: Minute- BILLS
man Publications, Inc., advertising-- 8.57; Samuel
P. Snow, January car allowance -420.00; John C.
Lichtenberg, drafting -416.00.
Approved also by the Board were the minutes
of its January 26, 1959 meeting.
The Board next held a general discussion
relative to its participation in the Town Meeting
Members Association meeting to be held on "Jednes-
' days Feb. 4, 1959 at 8:00 p.m. at the Hastings
School. Arrangements in regard to subject matters
agendas and speakers were decided upon.
At 9:00 p.m. Mr. Stevens came to the meeting
and discussed various matters currently before the
Board, the remainder of the meeting being devoted
to final preparation and discussion of articles for
the warrant for the annual town meeting to be held
in March.
The meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
