meeting.-- Discussed first was the definitive sub-
ESTATES
division plan of the second section of the Loring
SEC. 2
Hill Estates development, said plan having been
previously disapproved by the Board. It was de-
cided to a sk Mr. Gayer, Superintendent of Public
Works, about the possibility of providing a level-
ing area at the end of Fair Oaks Drive where it
intersects Outlook Drive. It was thought that this
would be done by modifying the horizontal alignment
of Fair Oaks Drive reducing the area of proposed Lot
36 in such a manner as to increase substantially the
radius of the southeasterly corner of the Fair Oaks -
Outlook Drives intersection. It was decided also
that the Board would not approve the Loring Road pro-
file as it had been modified by Miller and Nylander,
said modified profile being at least twelve percent
grade. It was thought that a grade less steep could
be provided between Stations 0+50 and 2+50. Mr.
Grindle was asked to discuss this matter with Mr.
Gayer and Mr. Snow.
The Board next discussed the petitions to be
heard by the Board of Appeals on April 8, 1958. It

the Swenson and contiguous properties.
