HomeMy WebLinkAbout1957-11-121 1 1 PLANNING"BOARD MEETING November 12, 1957 A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was held in the Town Engineerts Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, November 12; 1957 at 7:40 p.m. Present were Chairman Grindle, Members Abbott, Jaquith and Soule and Planning Director Snow. Taken under consideration were the follow- ing Foim A applications for determination of Planning Board jurisdiction: #57 -90, -submitted on November 6, 1957 by Paul Marashio; plan entitled "Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington; Mass.", dated May 252 1957, Robert L. Higgins, Surveyor, Lexington,Mass. #57-942 submitted on October 29, 1957 by Paul J. McCormack for James M. Etter; plan entitled "A Compiled Pian of'Land in Lexington -Mass.", dated Oct. 21; 19579 Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s and Surveyors, Lexington, Mass. It was moved, seconded and unanimously VOTED: that the plans accompanying applica- tions #57-90 and #57-94 be signed bearing the endorsement, "Lexington Planning Board approval under Subdivi- sion Control Law not required."
