PLANNING BOARD MEETING
September 12,1957
A special meeting of the Planning Board was held
on Thursday evening, September 12, 1957 in the Town
Engineer's office, Town Office Building at 7:30 p.m.
Present were Chairman Grindle, Members Jaquith and
Soule.
The purpose of the meeting was to act on the
application of Nathan Ribock for approval of the
Longfellow Estates Section One definitive plan, he
having submitted that afternoon a properly executed
conditional approval contract in accordance with said
application. All matters appearing to be in order
including the receipt of a letter from the Board of
Health in regard to the subdivision plan, it was
moved by Mr. Jaquith, seconded by Mr. Soule and
unanimously
VOTED: that the definitive subdivision plan
entitled "Longfellow Estates Section One
Lexington, Mass.", dated July 10, 1957,
which was submitted to the Board by Nathan
Ribock on July 30, 1957, accompanied by an
application for approval of definitive plan,
Form C, dated July 22, 1957, be and hereby
is approved subject to the conditions that
no lot in the subdivision shall be sold and
no building shall be erected or placed on
any lot until the ways and other improvements
required under the rules and regulations of
the Board necessary to adequately serve such
lot have been completed to the satisfaction
of the Board and that Lot 12 shall not be
built upon without prior consent from the
Lexington Board of Health.
