PLANNING BOARD MEETING
April los 1957
A special meeting of the Planning Board was
held in the Planning Board Office, Barnes Buildings
on April los 1957 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Chair-
man Grindles Members of the Board Adams# Burnell and
Soule; Messrs. Snow and Howlett of the Staff.
The Board approved the minutes of its April 8s
1957 meeting.
The Board then took under consideration the
application of Leeland Construction Co.# Inc. for
approval of the Robinson Hill Section Three defini-
tive plan. Bonds having been submitted in proper
form and all other matters appearing to be in orders
it was moved by Mr. Soules seconded by Mr. Adams and
unanimously
VOTED: That the definitive subdivision plan entitled
"Plan of Lots in Section Three Robinson Hill
Lexington -Mass. owned by Leeland Construction
Co.s Inc. Camelia Pl. Lexington"* dated Aug.
171 19561 which was submitted to the Board by
Leeland Construction Co.s Inc. on February 251
19571 accompanied by an applications Form C1
dated Feb. 21st, 1957* be and hereby is
approved.
