Prior to the adjourned town meeting, the Planning
3oard held a special meeting in the Town Engineer's
Room, Town Office Buildiii,g, Nonday, I arch 18, 1957 at
7:30 p.m. Present were Chairman Grindle, i.essrs. Abbott,
Adams, Burnell and Jaquith and Mr. Snow, Planning
Director.
The Board approved the following bills presented
for payment: American Society of Planning Officials, BILLS
information reports --X15.00; Louise i -Z. Baker, secre-
tarial services, period ending Parch 22, 1957--p25.00;
Bruce E. Howlett, Period ending I':arch 23, 1957-49LOO.
Approved also were the minutes of Karch 18,1957. MINUTES
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p•m•
