PLANNING BOARD MEETING
February 22, 1957
A special meeting of the Planning Board was held in
the Town Engineer's Room, Town Office Building, on Febru-
ary 22, 1957 at 10:00 a.m. Present were Chairman Hathaway,
Members Adams, Burnell, Grindle and Jaquithq Planning
Director.Snow, and Deputy Chief Bernard J. Belcastro of the
Lexington Fire Department.
With Mr. Belcastro, the Board reviewed in detail
the plans for the proposed hotel submitted by the Asso-
ciates Realty Trust and the Fire Prevention Bureau's
recommendations in regard to said plans as set forth in
Mr. Belcastro's letters of January 28 and February 18, 1957
The Board likewise discussed and reviewed building and fire
regulations and the authority for enforcing said regula-
tions as set forth in Chapters 113 and 148 of the General
Laws.
The meeting adjourned at 12:15 a.m.
