of the town.
Mr. Snow also stated that to date he had not been able to find any-
one
nyone to work on revising the town map and adding to the block plana as
authorized by Article 38 of the 1955 Annual Town Meeting and that in look-
ing for someone to do the work he had not seen as fine quality of work as
Mr. Lichtenberg's of the Engineering Department. Therefore Mr. Snow had
made arrangements with Mr. Burne to obtain for the Board Mr. Lichtenberg's
services for the sumer if a satisfactory substitute could be_obtained for
Mr. Lichtenberg on the engineering surveying party.

Mr. Carroll of the Engineering Department and Mr. Snow had inter-
vieveci Mr. Robert Higgins of Lexington who completed his third year in
civil engineering at the University of Massachusetts and thought he would
make a very satisfactory member of the surveying party. Mr. Snow having
made arrangements with the Town Accountant to charge the services of the
students to the proper planning board accounts, recommended that Mr.
Rillam be employed at a rate of $65.00 per week beginning June 6 and Mr.
