Mr. Stevens was asked as to the procedure for changing the name of a street, and he advised that it mast be changed by vote of the town meeting. In the case of two streets appearing in subdivision plan sub- mitted by Mr. Cahill - Hill Avenue and Summit Avenue - it was suggested that these be changed as soon as possible in order to avoid duplication and before the area is built upon.
