Plan of land of Lidberg property situated between Adams Ste and
land of Pihl was sutmi.tted for tentative subdivision approval. Present
were three Messrs. Spagrmwla; Mr. Jones, Mr. Sargent, Mr. Lidberg, and Mr.
Cunningham, Atty. The petitioner was told that the area would have to be
served by a Berner running approximately parallel to the existing trunk
line, which may be entered at only one or two locations. Also the entire
overall picture of that area will have to be studied by the Board before
approval of preliminary plan can be given, since there is a large area in-
volved which includes plans for other subdivisions.
Mr. Spinelli present res his plans of Cary Estate. He was told that
it was the feeling of the Board that it probably would go along with his re-
quest for not finishing the road in its entirety, but if the road is not to
be finished it should be shown on the plan as an easement instead of a road;
also that a drain should be built Hithin this easement or another to an
existing brook or a Marrett Road drain. It was felt that the plans ware not
complete as shown and Mr. Spinelli was asked to complete them showing all
details after having first talked with Mr. Burns as to Town specifications.
Mr. Friel present for discussion re: Ledgel.awn Ave. which he wishes
to extend so_that the two portions will be connected. There is a small
piece of land involved which he does not own and he was advised to consult
his lawyer as to proper procedure for obtaining this parcel.
