PLANNING BOARD MEETING
Monday, January 10, 1955
Present; Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Jaquith, Ripley - Snow, Stevens.
Meeting opened _at 7;115 o'clock.

Bill presented by Adams Press, publishing DeVries hearing, $5.00.
Unanimously voted the bill be paid, Mr. Adams not voting.
DeVries
Public hearing was held at 8 o'clock on petition of DeVries Construc-
tion Company for approval as a subdivision Sun Valley, Section III, extension
of Whipple Road for a distance of approx. 250 feet; Fiske St, for a distance
of approx. 1040 ft. Mr. George DeVries appeared for petitioner. Ido -one else
appeared. No objections. Name of Fiske St. was changed from street to "Road."
Form A presented by Kenmore Realty Trust, Ernest J. Corrigan, Trustee - "A
77= ed Plan of Land in Lexing on, Mass.," scale 1 in. - 200 ft., dated.
Jan. 5, 1955, and with the statement, "This plan copied from plan by Miller &
Nylander, Engineers, dated Feb. 21, 1950. Revised by Fred A. Joyce, Surveyor,
Jan. 5, 1955." Moved by Mr. Grindle, seconded by Mr. Irwin, and so voted,
that plan be signed bearing the endorsement "Approval of Lexington Planning
Board not required under subdivision control law."

n�on, Mass.," scale - 401., daUed an. 11, 1955, Miller & Nylander, C. E.'s
and Surveyors, Lexington, Mass." Moved by Mr. Ripley, seconded by Mr. Hatha-
way and so voted that plan be signed bearing endorsement "Approval of Lexington
Planning Board not required under subdivision control law."

Landman Lexington, Mass.," Me 1" - 1101, Dec. 27, 1954, Miller & Nylander,
C.E.'s, and Surveyors, Lexington, Mass. .Moved by Mr. Hathaway, seconded by
Mr. Jaquith and so voted that plan be signed bearing endorsement "Approval of
Lexington Planning Board not required under subdivision control law."
McConchie
Mr. McConchie appeared with a preliminary plain of Kimball Estate - "Rob-
inson Hill" - for tentative approval, plan dated Jan. 6, 1955, Miller & Nylan-
der, C.E.'s. This plan taken under advisement. .
Mr. McConchie also asked the Board if they would consider inserting an
article in the warrant asking for acceptance of lower end of Diana Lane. He
was advised that it was too late to do anything for the present warrant but
that the Board would take the matter under consideration.
The Board adjourned to the Appropriations Committee office for dis-
cussion of the budget with that Committee and conferred also with the Board
of Selectment on that subject as well as the proposed municipal parking lot.
