Ave. to Route 2 cc C`1 C Mr. Snow wished to knoii the reasons why the Board felt there was a voed for this road. In an aver=all street plan it makes a difference-whetber the ' road'is to be planned as a "collector" road to connect with a boulevard, or xhether it is to be a main road to be used as a by-pass for the Center. He is not in favor of the latter if it is planned for limited access. This would tend to divide the town with a major artery. He does not feel there is sufficient need for this kind of road, It vas•the opinion of the Board that the original idea was not for limited aaoess. 1r, Snow stated that he wished to study the l:l street pattern and needs before coning to a definite conclusion on the matter. Meeting adjourned at 10:35 o'clock. Wilbur D4. Jaquj the Clerk lmb 1 I
