Spellenbers, Lowell St., showing plan for sub- di son of land into 3 lots on Lowell St., plan dated Oct. 27, 1954, Miller & Nylander, C.E.s. Plan had been approved by Board of Appeals. Moved by Mr. Jaquith, seconded by Mr. Irwin and unanimously Voted that plan be en- dorsed "Approval of Lexington Planning Board not required under Subdivision Control Law". Plan signed. On petition of *seining for permission to remove sand and gravel, it was felt a representative of the Board should be present to state the policy of the Plaining Board in such cases. On petition of James A. Carrit far permission to build on Blanchard Road on lots of less than the present required area, it was felt the petition should be approved subject to restriction to be recorded on deeds of these lots abutting Route 2 that no driveways should be built on Route 2. Vine Valley Realty. Mr. Palermo appeared for Vine Valley Realty Co. with plan of land on grant St. dated July 10, 1953, Fred A. Joyce, C.N. On motion of Mr. Irwin, seconded by Mr. Grindle, it was lmaniiaously VOTED: That plan be endorsed "Approval voted prier to amendment of Zoning By-law adopted on Nov. 30, 1953.
