Presents Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Jaquith, Ripley - Stevens, Burns.
Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock.
Newgent
Mr. Newgent presented plan for informal opinion as to location of
driveway as shown on plan of Lots A and B, Meriam St. and Abbott Rd., land
of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Dodge. Believed to be O.R.
Baskin
Form A dated June 14, 1954 submitted by W. John Baskin on Plan dated
June 9, 1954 showing subdivision of lots 21 A and B on Mariam St., 21 A tete
conveyed to purchaser of Lot 22, and lot 21-B to be conveyed to purchaser of
Lot 20. Moved by Mr. Hathaway, seconded by Mr. Irwin that plan be approved
and so voted. Plan was signed bearing endorsement "Approval not required
under subdivision control law."
Bill
Bill presented by H. B. McArdle, 4 reams mimeo paper for forms, $9.00.
Unanimously voted the bill be paid.

Mr. Leland McConchie presented;plan dated June 14, 1954, Hiller &
Nylander, of Robinson Hill for tentative approval. Returned for check on
temporary turnaround and for signature of proper owner.
Tocci - Belotti
Mrs. Tocci of 8 Concord Turnpike and Mrs. Belotti of 10 Concord
Turnpike presented plan dated April 10, 1954 by Joseph Selwyn showing sub-
division of lots 35-36, Land Court Case 90480, on Concord Turnpike and Bow-
man St. This has to trait a period of 15 days from decision of Board of.
Appeals before being signed.
Wildes
Mr. Robert Wildes of Nancy Rd., Concord submitted plan of Park
Heights dated May 19, 1927 by Robert Bellemy of Dorchester. Not a matter
for the Planning Board if it was approved under 1924 Zoning law as stated.
Cahill
Mr. John Cahill of 152 Acton St., Watertown, and Mr. Fred Joyce
submitted for informal discussion plan showing 33 lots on East .street up to
Woburn line. Left for Mr. Burns to check.

Mr. Adams reported he had received a reply from Richard Wakefield

of Arlington, Va. saying he had already accepted another position. Also
one from Robert S. Bryan of Fairfield, Conn. who would like to be considered. '
It was reported that W. Roger Greeley is interested in seeing .tbwn
acquire land for parks, recreation areas, etc. and would be willing to head
up a group for purchasing such land. Mr. Ripley stated he would like to see
part of' Carrig's land on Route 2 purchased for parkway for new propoasd road.
It was suggested that Mr. Carrig be invited to attend the next Board meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 10 o'clock.
