Mr. Lee Tarbox submitted Form A with plan showing combination of
two lots, #162 and 163, on Tarbell.Ave., plan of Miller & Nylander dated
May 293 1954, original plan.dated Oct. 26, 1927. Mr. Irwin moved, Mr.
Hathaway seconded and the Board voted that the plan be.signed with endorse-
ment "Lexington Planning Board approval not required under subdivision con-
trol law."
Benjamin
Mr. Adams reported that so far but one reply had been received from
applicant, and he had already taken a job.
With reference to Mr. Benjamin, Mr. Hathaway moved, Mr. Grindle
seconded and so
VOTEDs that we employ the services of Mr. Allen Benjamin as per the
proposal outlined in his letter of April 30, 1954, and that he be
written a letter to this effect.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 o'clock.

PLANNING BOARD MEETING
Monday, June 7, 1954
Present: Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Jaquith, Ripley.
Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock.
Saran
Mrs. George Sarano of 315 Lincoln St. came in for assistance in
preparing petition for zoning change. Wishes to put back into business
zone two lots which were changed to residence at time of revision. She
was told of the several procedures she might follow and advised to con-
sult Mr. Bidwell for accurate definition of property.
McConchie
Told to bring in tentative plan an Diana Lane as it seems to be
O.K. Altho the original plan of Robinson Hill showed this portion served
by.sewer there seems to be no way at prebent of making connection.
Board of Appeals Hearings
On hearings to be held by Board of Appeals on Thursday.. June 10,
Mr. Jaquith will represent the Planning Board with regard to sand.pits by
Shannon and Quinn. Same suggestions as previously outlined.
