PLANNING BOARD MEETING
Monday, April 20, 1954
Present: Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Jaquith, Ripley - Burns, Stevens.
Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock.
Bill
Bill presented from H. B. McArdle, 4 -drawer steel file for use of
Planning Board, $68.62. Jnanimously voted the bill be paid.
Carrig
Mr. James A. Carrig and Robert Carrig presented plan of Sec. 4,
Minute -Man Highlands, Miller & Nylander, dated Oct. 30, 1953, Pleasant St.
and Concord Ave. This plan contains approximately 84 lots and shows a 70'
strip set aside for proposed new road. Mr. Carrig is anxious to know if
the town is definitely interested in this road as he wishes to go ahead with
the development. He proposes that the town build the entire road in exchange
for a deed to the 70' strip.
DeVries
Inasmuch as Agreement is in order, it was moved by Mr. Irwin,
seconded by Mr. Hathaway and so
VOTED: that the Board sign the plan of Section 1, Sun Valley,
Whipple Road, Wheeler Road and Fairlawn Lane as approved
on March 29 and certified to the clerk on March 30th.
Mr. Borns stated that time had run over on bond from Colonial Es-
tates; also on Lexington Construction Co.
Discussion was held on form of Definitive Plan Schedule as pre-
sented by Nr. Jaquith with a few minor changes suggested. Mr. Jaquith will
go ahead with this form.
