Consultant
In discussing the problem of hiring a consultant, Mr. Burns stated he
' would rather see full time engineer to be used by the Planning Board. The
man Mr. Burns is now training is a Civil Engineer, has had experience with
Whitman & Howard, is interested in the work, and is competent. Suggests he be
used and replace him with another man. In the meanwhile things are piling up
and there must be help. Mr. Grindle moved, Mr. Hathaway seconded, that the
sum of $10,000 be asked for professional services. So voted.
Robinson Hill •
Mr. Stevens acv es Board to get a letter from Nhr. Newgent confirming
the fact that plan was presented for tentative approval only and not for
definitive.
Re: this plan, if the Planning Board rejects because of no legal ac-
cess, burden of proof would rest upon Mr. Newgent. If approved, then Swift's
clients. If he has legal right to entrance over Diana Lane, he would only have
one access. Mr. Stevens will review and talk aver with -the two lawyers in-
volved.
Mr. Stevens also suggests that all tentative plans be so marked on
the plan itself.
