Present: Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Potter
Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock. List of hearings to be held
Thursday, Dec. 10 by Board of Appeals read. Nothing that the Board wished
to appear for.
Vine Valley
Mr. Palermo appeared for information as to how his plans stand.
Mr. Adams explained the new proposal and the Board's understanding that
anything not signed, sealed and delivered would come under the new law.
However, as the plans had been approved by the Board at a hearing held on
August 31, and the Board of Health had approved on September 21 altho
approval had not been mailed to Mr. Palermo until October 21, a delay of
a month, it was agreed that Mr. Stevens should be consulted and Mr.
Palermo notified as to his decision.
DeVries
' Mr. DeVries appeared for information as to where he stands. He
was answered that the question had not yet been decided and it would be
just as well now to wait and see what happened on referendum. Plans left
fur further study.
Lexington Construction
Mr. Newgent and Mr. Nylander appeared with plans on which they
had fulfilled the requirements as listed by W. Burns. Plans left for
further study. Mr. Newgent announced that shoulders had been finished on
Patterson road.
Black
Mr. Walter Black appeared with plan dated April 27, 1937 approved
by Board of Survey on which he wished to petition to amend or modify by
eliminating as a Way that part of Slocum road which lies westerly of the
westerly side line of Minola road as extended across Slocum road. The
road has never been constructed and would now serve no useful purpose.
Date for hearing set for Monday, December 28 at 8 o'clock.
Silva
Mr. Joseph Silva appeared relative to his plan for subdivision on
Sumy Knoll Terrace. As these plans were received too late for approval
' for this meeting they were taken under advisement with date for hearing
set for Monday, December 28, 8:15 if approved in time for advertising.

Budget
It was voted to approve the following budget for the year 195: 1
Clerk, $400; Postage and Supplies, $100; Maps, etc. $1500; total $2000.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 o►clock.
