HomeMy WebLinkAbout1953-10-19s PLANNING BOARD MEETING Mo nda Oct.Y� 19 1953 Prevent: Adams, C*rindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Potter. Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock. It was announced that Mr. Benja- min would be present at the November 2nd meeting. Letter read from Towns of Dedham and Natick, both of which are re- zoning their Zoning By-laws and will forward copies when completed. Mr. Adams stated that the Ryder Estate has sold a lot on which work has begun, which lies in the path of the proposed new road, and em- phasized the fact that there is urgent need of pinning down the site for this road before further building takes place. Discussion re: future planning and it was the sense of the meet- ing that someone, such as Mr. Benjamin, be hired to sit in each week with the Board. Universal Development Co. Mr. Ducharme, Mr. Platin and Mr. Nylander appeared with plan for tentative approval of Section 20 Adams Estate, extension of Millbrook Road with necessary information added and two copies as requested, plans of Miller & Nylander, dated Oct. 1. Plans taken under advisement as of Oct. 19th. Robinson Hill Mr. Newgent and Mr. Nylander appeared with plan of Robinson Hill, Miller & Nylander, dated Oct. 12. Plan was rejected pending submission of second copy as required by rules. Carrie Mr. Robert Carrig submitted plan of land at Concord Ave. and Chadbourne Rd. for signature of release by the Board. After discussing the matter with Mr. Stevens the plan will be signed. It was moved by Mr. Hathaway and seconded by Mr. Irwin that legal hearing on zoning change be set for Thursday, Nov. 5th. The Board then adjourned to meet with the Board of Selectmen for further discussion. Thomas Clerk lmb
