Presents Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, potter, Ripley.
Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock.
Vine ®alley
Letter read Fran Vine Valley Realty Corporation requesting final
hearing for extension of Grant street. Date set for Monday, August 313
9 o'clock.
Universal Construction Co.
Mr. Douglas Nickerson appeared for Universal Construction Co. with
another section of Flintlock Road. Plans approved and date for hearing
set for Monday, August 31, 8:30 o'clock.
Carrig
Air. Robert Carrig appeared with new preliminary section 4 of
Minute Man Highlands between Concord Turnpike and Pleasant street. Plans
taken under advisement.
' Cary Realty Trust
Mr. Spinelli -and Mr. Tropeano appeared with plans of Cary Farm,
Fairbanks Road, Miller & Nylander, E.E., for formal tentative approval.
Moved by Mr. Potter, seconded by Mr. Ripley that the plans be approved
subject to approval by Town Engineer and Board of Health. So voted, Mr.
Hathaway not voting. Date for hearing set for Monday, Aug. 31, 8 o'clock.
Informal discussion followed on conservation of land. Map was
shown outlining approximately 11000 acres of undeveloped large tracts.
Value of increasing to one acre area, 1501 frontage discussed. Decided to
ask for more detailed plan for further study for meeting of August 17 with
the possibility that it might be put in order for presentation to the next
town meeting.
Gallant
Plan was presented for approval of Veteran's lot and house on
Cedar street by Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Gallant. Plan:was approved subject
to submission of plot plan.
